Automatic gate installation & access control

Automatic driveway gates, swing gates, slide gates, keypads, telephone entry and card access — designed and installed as one system with your fence, not bolted on as an afterthought. Residential and commercial gate contractors serving South & Central Florida.

Swing Gate example

Swing Gates

Single or double drive gates on hinges, manual or fitted with an electric operator. We build the gate frame to match your fence material — wood, vinyl, aluminum or iron — and size the posts and footings for the extra load an automated gate puts on them.

Best for
Standard driveways, HOA entrances, estate entries
Power
Standard electric, low-voltage or battery-backup options
Works with
New installs or retrofit onto existing gates

Slide Gate example

Slide Gates

Cantilever or track-mounted slide gates for tight driveways, sloped entries, or commercial and industrial lots where a swing gate's arc won't fit. Slide gates pair especially well with commercial-grade automatic operators for high-cycle daily use.

Best for
Narrow driveways, commercial lots, high-traffic entries

Standard electric, low-voltage or battery-backup options
Works with
New installs or retrofit onto existing gates

Keypad example

Keypad Entry Systems

A standalone, weatherproof keypad mounted at your gate or entry point, programmed with individual or shared access codes. We can retrofit a keypad onto an existing manual or automatic gate in most cases, without replacing the whole system.

Rental properties, gated communities, staff & vendor access

Standard electric, low-voltage or battery-backup options

Intercom example

Telephone Entry & Intercom Systems

A call box at the gate that dials a resident's or tenant's phone, with a remote-unlock code they can press from anywhere. Options range from a simple single-tenant intercom to a full directory system for gated communities and multi-tenant commercial properties.

Best for
Multi-tenant properties, gated communities, front offices

Standard electric, low-voltage or battery-backup options

Card Access example

Card, Fob & Credential Access Control

Card and fob readers integrated with your gate operator, ideal for HOAs and property managers who need to issue, track, and revoke individual resident or employee credentials without changing a shared code every time someone moves out.

Solar Gate example

Solar Gate Operators

For farm, ranch, and rural entries far from a power line, a solar panel and battery keep an automatic gate operator running with no electrical trenching required — a common request across Okeechobee, Glades, Hendry, and western Martin and Palm Beach counties.

Best for
Farm & ranch entries, rural properties, off-grid gates

Solar or battery, no trenching required

New installs or retrofit onto existing gates

A note on hardware: we install commercial-grade electric and solar gate operators, keypads, intercoms and card-access controllers sized to your gate's weight and daily cycle count. Exact equipment and manufacturer are confirmed during your free site visit based on gate size, power availability and budget.
Existing gates

Automating a gate you already have

In many cases an existing manual gate can be automated. Before we recommend an operator we check the gate frame and posts, the gate’s weight, the swing or slide geometry, power at the gate and the safety requirements. Where power is far away, a solar operator avoids trenching. If the gate itself needs work first, see gate repair.

Quote checklist

What we ask for an automatic gate quote

  • New gate or existing gate; swing or slide; single or double
  • Approximate driveway width, and whether there’s electrical power near the gate (or you prefer solar)
  • Residential, HOA or commercial — and roughly how many openings a day
  • How people should get in: keypad, remotes, intercom or phone entry, phone app, card or fob, vehicle loop
  • The property address and a few photos of the opening

We don’t size a gate operator over the phone — we confirm on a site visit and put the equipment and scope in a written proposal.
