Pressure-treated Southern yellow pine remains the most affordable way to add privacy and a warm, traditional look to a Florida yard. We build board-on-board, shadow box, and classic picket styles — framed on site with 2×4 rails and 1×6 pickets rather than shipped as pre-fab panels, with posts set in concrete every 8 feet for extra holding strength in South Florida wind.

Florida note: We only use hot-dip galvanized ring-shank fasteners so nothing rusts or works loose, and we recommend sealing or staining 4–6 weeks after installation once the wood has had time to acclimate.

Our panels use a routed, locking rail system so pickets stay seated under wind load, and we stock privacy, semi-privacy, and picket styles in white, tan, and a handful of woodgrain finishes, with matching gates and post caps.

Florida note: All of our vinyl carries a UV-stabilized outer layer to resist the chalking and discoloration that cheaper vinyl shows after a few Florida summers, and it's HOA-friendly in most South Florida communities.
