Permits and the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone
Every city runs its own fence permit, and Miami-Dade and Broward sit in the Florida Building Code’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, where vinyl, aluminum and metal fences commonly need product approvals or sealed plans.
